Release Notes

     

Employee Information

Click the button on the Employee Profile Master screen to open the Employee Information screen, which provides a shortcut to functions contained in the screen tabs. Each icon may be clicked to open a function. The screen also contains links to User Defined options, if your district has created them, and a link to the WESPaC Employee Profile Master screen and the tabs it contains.

 

Open this screen after first selecting an employee.

Add, edit, or view pay records, account distribution, and deduction and benefit codes.

Add, edit, or view employee contract and flex information.

Checks

View check details

YTD

Review Calendar Year to Date information on pay codes, deductions, and benefits.

Not active for WESPaC. Select / Retirement

TimeOff (PaCGuide)

Add, edit, or view Employee Time Off setup and transaction information

Sub Trk

Create, edit or view Substitute Track master information and detail transactions.

Ins Trk

Create, edit or view Insurance Track master information and detail transactions.

Credits (Education)

Add, edit, or view employee information for credits, degrees, and certifications.

(WESPaC Employee Profile Master)

General

Update the S-275 employment status using a CBRTN code.

Experience

Add, edit, or view experience details.

Retirement

Add, edit, or view the Retirement Member Profile and make retirement adjustments.

Add, edit, or view User Defined options, if your district has created them.
