Entering the Organization ID

The Washington Department of Retirement Systems requires each employer to have an organization ID for the electronic transmittal of transaction reports. Enter the code in the following location. You must have System Administrator access to perform this setup.

 

  1. Click SYSTEM ADMIN.

  2. Click FINANCIAL MNGMNT.

  3. Click FM CONFIG, which opens the Financial/Human Resources Configuration screen.

  4. Click PAYROLL under Human Resources.

  5. Click RETIREMENT under Payroll Configuration.

  6. The Retirement Setup screen opens. The Organization ID field is at the bottom of the screen under Washington Retirement.
