This utility, available only on the web, provides a method for mass updating various special education fields within Spec Ed. Values that can be updated include:
Case Manager or
IEP Manager, or
LRE Code, or
Disability Code, or
Evaluation Type, or
Status of Evaluation, or
Exit Code, or
Timeline Reason, or
Any combination of those options
If a combination is selected, at least one of the criteria must meet an option selected in order to update the value(s). For example, if the selection criteria are Evaluation Status = COM and Exit Code = EO, the student does not have to match both values. Only students with one or both of those values will be updated with the new value(s).
