The utility first gathers the data to be loaded. Once the data is gathered there is an option to Preview or Process the students that will be changed. If Process is selected, student data will be automatically updated.
A report is generated when Preview is selected. This report shows which students will be updated and the old and new values.
Example of the report created before the values are updated:
A report is generated when Process is selected. This report shows which students were updated, the old and new values, how many students were updated and the date and time the students were updated.
