There are multiple options for determining whether a student will be selected. These options include Student General Ranges, Student Entity Ranges and Special Education Ranges.
In addition, student selection is dependent on what values are being updated:
Case Manager or
IEP Manager, or
LRE Code, or
Disability Code, or
Evaluation Type, or
Status of Evaluation, or
Exit Code, or
Timeline Reason, or
Any combination of those options
