3 Account Number Sequence Report

The Account # Sequence Report generates a report of invoices that meet selected account number parameters. The report prints in account number sequence listing the invoices associated with each account.

Menu Path: Financial Mngmnt / A/P / REporting

 

  1. On the Reports screen, from the Options list, highlight Account # Sequence.

  2. Click the Run button. The Invoice Ranges screen opens.

  3. Use the Acct. Sequence field to select the account sequence for the report. The available Account Sequences are based on the sequences marked as active. For more information on Account Sequences see the WESPaC Financial Management Account Sequences User’s Guide.

  4. From the Invoice Type(s) frame, check the check box next to the invoice types you want to include in the report.

  5. From the Check Type(s) frame, check the check box next to the check types you want to include in the report.

  6. As necessary, enter a low and high Purchase Order # range. All invoices referencing purchase order numbers in this range are included in the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  7. As necessary, enter a low and high Invoice Number range. All invoices in this range are included on the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  8. As necessary, enter a low and high Vendor Key range. All invoices referencing vendors in this range are included on the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  9. As necessary, enter a low and high Batch Number range. All invoices with batch numbers in this range are included on the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  10. As necessary, enter a low and high Bank Code (Cash Account) range. All invoices with bank codes in this range are included on the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  11. As necessary, enter a low and high Invoice Date range. All invoices with invoice dates in this range are included on the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  12. As necessary, enter a low and high Entered By range. All invoices entered by users in this range are included on the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  13. As necessary, enter a low and high Entered Date range. All invoices entered within this range are included on the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  14. As necessary, enter a low and high Invoice Amount range. All invoices whose invoice amount is in this range are included on the report, provided they meet the other criteria you set.

  15. To limit the report to a specific range of accounts, click the Range button. The Filter Setup screen opens.

The Filter Setup allows you to restrict, by account number, the invoices that you want to include or exclude from the report. For more information on using Filter Setup see WESPaC Financial Management Filter Setup User’s guide.

  1. Once you have set up the filter, click the OK button.

  2. Click the Print button. The Output Destination screen opens.

The system prompts you to select a print option. You can choose to print the reports to screen, to a printer, or to save the report for later viewing

  1. After the report has run, click the Close button to return to the Reports screen.
