3 Checking Crosswalk Validity

This process verifies that generated crosswalk accounts are valid combinations according to OSPI, creating a list of any invalid grids in the Incompatible Crosswalk Dimension Values report. If no invalid records are found, the last validation flag, Valid Grids, is set to "Yes". The report then displays the message "All crosswalks are compatible: State reports can be printed."

  1. Click FINANCIAL MNGMNT.

  2. Click ACCOUNT MNGMNT.

  3. Click STATE PROCESSING.

  4. Select Verify Interdimension Compatability under Crosswalk Accounts. Either double-click your selection, or follow it by clicking RUN.

  5. Fiscal Year: Either keep the default value or click SELECT YEAR to change it.

    1. Choose a Fiscal Year from the menu list.

    2. Click SELECT to save your selection.

  7. Click OK to run the verification process based on your selected Fiscal Year. (Click CANCEL to exit.)

  8. The Output Destination screen opens:

    1. Select an Output and Printer from the listed options.

    2. Click OK to create the report.
