The format of both the F-195 and F-200 reports are the same, with the heading identifying which one was created. The Extract Summary Report tells you whether the extract file was successfully created and lists any negative exceptions that were found. The following sample report contains the notation "Extract Created Successfully". This occurs only when three Crosswalk Validation "flags" have values of "Yes" for valid Crosswalk Descriptions, valid Crosswalk Accounts, and valid Crosswalk Grids. There is a separate WESPaC process for creating valid Crosswalks.
