The Students without an SSID Report lists students who are on the Extract File and Extract Report but who do not have an SSID. When the CSRS extract data is sent to OSPI, such students are processed as though they were on an SSID Extract File. OSPI returns a file with the students’ SSID’s and that file can be used in the SSID Import process to update each student’s SSID. The Students without an SSID Report provides an audit trail of the students for whom an SSID should be generated by OSPI.
Data is sorted by last name, first name, middle name, alphakey.
There is a total showing the number of students on the report.
