This report includes students who are active in special education, have a current evaluation and a current IEP, but meet one or more of the following conditions:

Condition	Error Message
Are inactive in basic education	* Student has no qualifying entry/withdrawal record. *
Have an R-Age over 21 years of age	* Student is older than 21 *
Have a disability condition invalid for their R-Age	* Disability invalid for student’s age. *
Do not have a "primary" Disability Condition	* No primary disability record *
Have an LRE Code invalid for their R-Age	* Invalid LRE code *
Disability has an invalid state reporting code	* Invalid State Reporting Disability Code *
