The Monthly Case Load Report contains the necessary information to verify students being served for each program or service. It provides the ability for the service provider to monitor the students they service.
Services or programs included in the report are determined by a user defined effective date. Report ranges provide the ability to select services/programs, locations, and teachers. The report has options to include a student’s other services/programs and dismissed services and to report students with expired IEPs/Evaluations.
The Monthly Case Load Report is available to a user with access to a single entity or a user with district access.
