The Services/Programs, Locations, and Teachers that will be included in the report are determined by those selected on the report range screen.
Services and Programs that will be available for selection must meet all of the following criteria:
Services/Programs must be identified as a special service program and/or a special service related service.
SPECIAL-SERVICE.X-PROGRAM = "Yes" and/or
SPECIAL-SERVICE.X-RELATED-SERVICE = "Yes" and
Services/Programs must be for the Entity that the user is logged into. If the user is logged in at "000" all Entities will be considered.
SE-DISTRICT-SERVICE.ENTITY-ID
Effective Date must fall within the Services/Programs beginning and ending dates.
SE-DISTRICT-SERVICE.SERVICE-BEG-DATE

SE-DISTRICT-SERVICE.SERVICE-END-DATE

For each selection list, Services/Programs, Locations, and Teachers will affect the choices for selection in the other two lists:
Services/Programs must be included in the selection list.
SE-DISTRICT-SERVICE.SPECIAL-SERVICE-ID
Locations that are included must be assigned to the Services/Programs that are selected.
SE-DISTRIC-SERVICE.BUILDING-ID
Teachers that are included must be assigned to the Services/Programs that are selected.
SE-STAFF-ASSIGNMENT.NALPHAKEY
Students that will be included must meet the Active and/or Inactive status in special education as defined on the report range screen. If a student’s special education exit date is blank the student is considered Active.
SE-STUDENT.SPEC-ED-DISMISSAL-DATE
A student’s IEP record is selected as follows. Placements will be reported that are for the selected IEP.
If the Include Expired IEP/Evaluations check box is selected and the Include WIP IEPs check box is not selected, find the most recent IEP where the begin date is later than the effective date that is not marked as WIP.
SE-IEP.IEP-BEG-DATE < Effective Date and
SE-IEP.IEP-WIP 
"Y"
If the Include Expired IEP/Evaluations check box is selected and the Include WIP IEPs check box is selected, find the most recent IEP where the begin date is later than the effective date regardless of WIP status.
SE-IEP.IEP-BEG-DATE < Effective Date
If the Include Expired IEP/Evaluations check box is not selected and the Include WIP IEPs check box is not selected, find the most recent IEP where the begin date is less than or equal to the effective date and the end date is greater than or equal to the effective date, and where the IEP is not marked as WIP.

SE-IEP.IEP-WIP "Y"
If the Include Expired IEP/Evaluations check box is not selected and the Include WIP IEPs check box is selected, find the most recent IEP where the begin date is less than or equal to the effective date and the end date is greater then or equal to the effective date, regardless of WIP status.

Students’ placements must be one of those included in the selection of the Services/Programs.
Dismissed Placements:
If the Include Dismissed Placements check box is selected, include dismissed placements that are included on the selected IEP.

If the Include Dismissed Placements check box is not selected, don’t include dismissed placements.

If Include Other Services is checked, the placements are selected as follows:
The service/placements are included in the selected IEP.
If the Include Expired IEP/Evaluations check box is selected, find the newest record for each service to be included, where the begin date is less than or equal to the Effective date.

If the Include Expired IEP/Evaluations check box is not selected, check the beginning and end dates against the Effective date.
