This report will list students with the services/programs, locations, and teachers as defined by the selections from the report range screen. It lists the student’s default entity, name, grade, birthday, special education status, P-Age, primary disability, evaluation completion date, next evaluation date, IEP end date, location of service, service ID, direct minutes, and indirect minutes. It also identifies if the program or service is the student’s primary service and if it is a dismissed service for the student. Students with an expired IEP or Evaluation are identified with an asterisk, if that report option was chosen. The student’s other listed services or programs will include the location, service ID, direct minutes, indirect minutes, alphakey for the provider and whether or not the service/program is the student’s primary service.
The report is grouped by the service provider (teacher), service/program ID, program number, and sequence number. Students are listed alphabetically for each service/program ID, program number, and sequence number. If the student is receiving other services/programs, the services will be listed after the reported service in order by service ID and location.
Whenever the service/program, program number or sequence number changes for a teacher a subtotal will display for number of students, direct minutes and indirect minutes. Students’ other services or programs are not included in these subtotals.
For each service provider (teacher) totals will be displayed for number of students, direct minutes, and indirect minutes. Students’ other services or programs are not include in these totals.
