The data file is created for sending to OSPI in order to obtain State Student Identifiers. All data in the file is separated by tabs. There is a header record with the OSPI-specified field names of the data elements, followed by one record for each student who meets the selection criteria. The file can be sent to OSPI using the CSRS Web site.
Records in the file are sorted by last name, first name, middle name, and alphakey.
The file name is STUSSIDEXTRCCDDD_MMDDYYYY_00;00;00.TXT.
