The extract report is a printable record of the extract file. The file is sent electronically to OSPI in order to obtain SSIDs and the printed report may be retained for the district’s records.
Records in the file are sorted by entity number, school number, last name, first name, middle name, alphakey.
There is a total line showing the number of students selected for each school and a page break after each school.
