The Summary Report lists FTE, Mix Factors, and salaries summarized from the detail data. The total number of individuals "out of compliance" is included when Use Salary Compliance Edits is checked as a Report Option. If the summary report option is selected and no information is found to report, then this message will print under the summary report headings: "No data was found matching selection criteria."

The sum of mix factors for the column. |

AVG MIX (Item 3) |
The total mix factors (Item 2) divided by the total FTE (Item 1) for the column. |

SALARY (Item 4) |
The sum of salaries for the column. |

AVG SAL (Item 5) |
The total salary (Item 4) divided by total FTE (Item 1) for the column. |

BASE SAL (Item 6) |
The average salary (Item 5) divided by average mix factor (Item 3) for the column. |

WARNING |
The total number of individuals out of compliance when an employee’s total certificated base salary for all programs is $1.00 more or $1.00 less than state standards. |
