This report includes students with Reporting Ages (R-Ages) 3-21, listing their names, alphakeys, handicap codes, dates of birth, basic education entry, next evaluation, and related data. It selects students active in both basic education and special education who meet the following criteria: (1) have both a current Evaluation and IEP; (2) have an R-Age of at least 3 and no greater than 21 as of December 1; and (3) have a valid State Reporting Code for their Disability Condition that is also valid for their age.
