This report will list students with the services/programs, locations, and teachers as defined by the selections from the report range screen. It lists the student’s default entity, name, grade, birthday, special education status, P-Age, primary disability, evaluation completion date, next evaluation date, IEP end date, location of service, service ID, direct minutes, and indirect minutes. It also identifies if the service or program is the student’s primary service and if it is a dismissed service for the student. Students with an expired IEP or Evaluation are identified with an asterisk, if that report option was chosen.
The report is grouped by the service provider (teacher), service/program ID, program number, and sequence number. Students are listed alphabetically for each service/program ID, program number, and sequence number.
Whenever the service/program, program number or sequence number changes for a teacher subtotals will display for number of students, direct minutes and indirect minutes.
For each service provider (teacher) totals will display for number of students, direct minutes, and indirect minutes.
