Summary reports from each school building must be submitted to the district office. The Unexcused Absences section of the report summarizes unexcused absences by grade level, listing the total number of unexcused absences and the number of students who have them. It also notes the number of students with multiple unexcused absences of five or more in a month, and ten or more in a year.
The Petitions section summarizes juvenile court petitions due to unexcused absences, listed according to grade levels.
