The Warning Report lists students who
are on the Extract File and Extract Report, but whose data should be reviewed for accuracy; the Data Element Criteria section describes the conditions that will include a student on the Warning Report,
or
were not selected for the Extract File and Extract Report for an August collection period (0 = August Start Year and 12 = August End Year); the Student Selection Criteria section describes the August selection criteria.
On the Warning Report,
Data is sorted by last name, first name, middle name, and alphakey.
There is a total showing the number of students.
