The Status Exception Report lists active special education students if they fall into one of two error conditions:
do not have a qualifying Entry/Withdrawal record in Basic Education for the Effective Date,
-- OR --
are older than 20 years of age as of August 31 of the current school year.
Students are grouped together by the error condition (1-2), and their P-223H age (abbreviated as "PAge") and sorted by last name and first name with a space between names every time the age changes. Information from the student's most recent default entity Entry/Withdrawal record is displayed to assist the user. Finding a qualifying Entry/Withdrawal record in Basic Education happens early in the process, so no special education information is available for inclusion on the report.
