The Exception Report lists students who are active in Special Education, active in Basic Education on the effective date, are not older than 20 years of age as of August 31 of the current school year, have a qualifying IEP, but fall into one of two error conditions:
do not have a qualifying Evaluation,
-- OR --
do not have a valid Disability Category.
Student names are grouped together by the error condition (1-2), their P-223H age (abbreviated as "PAge"), and their primary disability category, with a space between names every time the age changes.
If no students meet any of these criteria, then a report is run with the following statement: ***No exception students found***.
Students will be reported in their primary disability category only.
