The Exception Report lists students whose data does not pass one or more edits. As soon as one error is found, the student is placed on the Exception Report. After that data is corrected, when the CSRS data extract process is run again, if any other error is found, the student is again placed on the Exception Report. This continues until all errors have been corrected.
Data is sorted by last name, first name, middle name, and alphakey.
There is a total showing the number of students on the Exception Report.
