3 Summary Report by Ethnic Category

This report counts Special Education students by race codes and lists them in one of five suspension/expulsion categories: (1) students who have had drugs, weapons, or bodily injury violations and been removed to interim alternative settings by school personnel; (2) students that an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) ruled should be removed for "likely injury" to others; counts of students who have either been expelled or have served (3) out-of-school and (4) in-school suspensions; (5) counts of students’ disciplinary removals by cumulative number of days. The report includes a contact person responsible for the accuracy of the data, with an accompanying phone number and e-mail address.

A legend at the end of the report explains the counts contained in each column.
