This report lists Special Education students by full name with their default entity, date of birth, ethnic category (race code), age, and LEP status. Discipline detail for each student includes columns for the offense dates resulting in suspensions, expulsions, or removal to an interim alternative educational setting (IEAS); description of the offense, date the action was ordered, description of the action, total days served, primary disability, and the beginning and ending dates of their Special Education service. If a student has more than one disability listed, the disability that was used in the summary count is preceded with "*".
If a student has more than one disability code reported, preceded with "*", columns "1A" through "6B" on the right side of the report reference the column of the summary report in which the student and discipline offense are being counted.
Students are sorted by student name in ascending order. The student’s discipline records are sorted by offense date and action date.
