This report includes non-Special Education students who have expulsion records, as well as Special Education students whose expulsion record falls outside the IEP date range. Students are listed by full name with their default entity, date of birth, ethnic category (race code), age, and LEP status. Discipline detail for each student includes columns for the offense dates resulting in suspensions, expulsions, or removal to an interim alternative educational setting (IEAS); description of the offense, date the action was ordered, description of the action, the total days served, primary disability, and the beginning and ending dates of their special education service.
Columns "1A" through "6B"on the right side of the report reference the column of the summary report in which the student and discipline are being counted.
Students are sorted by student name. The student’s discipline is sorted by offense date and action date.
