Profile Codes may be accessed in two different locations:

The Codes screen shows a menu tree that includes most of the codes used in the Human Resources application. Only the Profile - PR codes are discussed in this document. Some Profile codes can only be accessed through the screens in which the codes are used. These are discussed after the codes that are accessed through the Codes screen.
Click the Profile - PR codes folder on the Codes screen to display the list of Profile codes in the Options column.
