Step 1:  Test Names

The first step in the Test Score Upload Process is to define the Test Names. The test names in the chart below represent the WASL and ITBS/ITED tests that you will be importing test scores for, and that WSIPC has provided setup data for. No further maintenance is required. These instructions are simply included for your reference.

 

  1. Select STUDENT MNGMNT and the desired entity.

  2. Click OFFICE.

  3. Click CURRICULUM & ASSESSMENTS.

  4. Click TEST SCORES.

  5. Click Test Names, located under Test Scores and Test Score Descriptions. Either double-click your selection, or follow it by clicking RUN.

  6. The Test Names screen opens:

    1. The following tests are already included. Click CLOSE if the test you want is already in the list, and proceed to Step 2.

  1. Click ADD to create new test names.

    1. The Test Name Maintenance screen opens.

    2. Enter a Test Name Code, Short Description, and Long Description.

    3. Click OK to save your changes and close this screen.

    4. Click CLOSE to close the Test Names screen and return to the menu.
