Note: Perform this step only when adding NEW test details.
Access Test Setup and Maintenance as described in step 2.
Select STUDENT MNGMNT and the desired entity.
Click the ADMIN button.
Click the ASCII IMPORT button.
Click Test Setup and Maintenance under Import Options, Test Score Import Utility. Either double-click your selection, or select it and click RUN.
Click ADD, and select the option Add New Test.
The Test Maintenance screen opens:
Click TEST, which displays the list of defined Test Names.
Select one of the tests and click SELECT.
The fields listed under Test Editions are not all required for each test. They are used for descriptive purposes and should only be used as needed. Beginning with 2004 test scores, enter the test score year in the Edition field; for tests taken in 2004, the Edition value should be "2004". (For more information on these fields, review the PaC online help under the index keywords Test, Scores, Setup.)
Optionally, enter values for the Abbreviation, Level, and Edition fields.
Proceed to Step 2b.
