Step 5: Import/Export Test Scores

Import test scores based on your selections.

1. Select STUDENT MNGMNT and the desired entity.

2. Click ADMIN.

3. Click ASCII IMPORT.

4. Click Import Test Scores under ASCII Import, Test Score Import Utility. Either double-click your selection, or select it and click RUN.

5. The Test Score – Crosswalk Maintenance selection screen opens:

6. 1. Select the appropriate crosswalk from the Available Crosswalks – Master list and click RUN.

   2. Click YES in answer to the message box question "Are you sure you wish to import test scores?"

   3. Click OK in answer to the message box question "Process Type of: ’r;T – Test Date’ can not be found. Please enter a date to use for the TEST DATE TAKEN information."

   4. Enter the 2004 test assessment date (for example, "05/01/2004"). Click OK.

   5. The Output Destination screen opens. The standard SkyPrint options apply. Select your printer or output destination, and click OK.

   6. Once the program completes, a report is provided with summary information regarding the import process. Review the report to determine the success or failure of the operation. Review setup data if any errors are encountered.
