The Summary Page below displays the parameters for students included in the report when selection is by range. Students may be selected by the following range criteria: student key, grade/graduation year, school, calendar, race, type, homeroom, feeder school, primary guardian, zip code, and advisor. Students may also be selected according to whether or not they reside in the district, whether they are active or inactive in the current school year, and whether they are members of the current year class.
This example shows a range choice of students with last names beginning with "r;C" (STUDENT) and any GRAD YEAR. The default settings of both include resident and non-resident students, and current year and non-current year students.
