Information is printed in the body of the transcript if Student Class records are selected where:
The grade level is 9, 10, 11, or 12 and
There is a grade mark in the appropriate table and field.
See section 8, Body – Grade Level and Grade Mark, for details about the selection criteria.
If there are no Student Class records that meet the criteria, "r;No courses were found" is printed. Further, the sections for Schools Attended, Course Designation Key, Academic Record, and Report Period and Cumulative Summary are not printed. The Additional State Requirements section is printed only if there is data and if appropriate for the student’s Washington graduation year (STUDENT.WA-GRAD-YR).
