Some of the data selected for the standardized transcript is used in both the Academic Record section and in the Report Period and Cumulative Summary section. The following data is used in both sections:
Academic Record section:
Lists individual courses that are grouped by month/year and grade level
Includes the following values related to grade marks and credits:
Report Period and Cumulative Summary section:
Summarizes data by month/year and grade level as well as cumulatively

There is a multi-step process that determines how data is selected and used in the Academic Record and in the Report Period and Cumulative Summary sections of the standardized transcript. Those steps are:
Select the appropriate Student Class records; for each record, determine the grade level, the grade mark(s), and the month/year.
Determine the credits associated with the Student Class records.
Divide the credits if appropriate.
