16 Entity Exceptions:  Student Status Conflicts

The Entity Exception Report for Student Status Conflicts is generated automatically when the P-223 process is run (from any entity).

 

If Base P-223 on Schedule = No:

 

The system reviews data for all students in the entity.  A student is put on the Entity Exception Report for Student Status Conflicts if the student’s entity status of Active or Inactive is not consistent with dates on the student’s most recent entry/withdrawal record.  The student is excluded from the Summary report for the entity.

 

If Base P-223 on Schedule = Yes:

 

The system reviews data for all students in the entity.

 

 

 

To determine whether a student has a status conflict, the student’s status for the entity is compared with the dates on the student’s most recent entry/withdrawal record.  A status conflict exists if:

 

 

 

 

 

The report is generated for each school within each resident district.

 

Data is sorted by grade level, then alphabetically by student name.
