The Enrollment Detail Report lists all students whose headcount and FTE data are included in the grade level section of the Summary report.
The printable version of this report is generated only if the Enrollment Detail Report option is selected on the Parameters screen. The microfiche version is generated only if the Create Microfiche/Audit File option is selected on the Parameters screen.
The report is generated for each school within in each resident district.
There are two formats for the report. One is used for entities where "Base P223 on Schedule" is not checked and thus the data printed does not include student schedules. The other is used for entities where "Base P223 on Schedule" is checked and thus the data printed includes student schedules. When schedules are printed, multiple class meet lines are listed if the scheduling days meet patterns are different.
The asterisk (*) identifies whether the Percent Enrolled or the Calculated FTE is included on the Summary report.
Data is sorted by grade level, then alphabetically by student name.
