If the Vocational Counts and Report option is checked on the Parameters page, reports are generated that list students who are included in the Vocational 7th and 8th Grade FTE count or in the Vocational 9th-12th Grade FTE count. A report is created for each vocational class, with information about the section and meet details as well as a list of the students.
If the Create Microfiche/Audit File option is also checked on the Parameters screen, the vocational class lists are included in the microfiche file.
Students are listed alphabetically by name, within each course/section.
