The option Create P-223 Extract File is only available when the P-223 process is being run from entity 000 and the Resident District option for data sort is selected.
Once generated, the file is automatically sent to a server at OSPI and the data will overwrite the existing data in the OSPI EDS system for the month being reported.
Records are created for data on each District Summary report by Resident District.
The file is created in ASCII format and is named P2223EXT.DAT. Records are 80 characters in length with an end-of-record marker in column 80.
